Clutch basket, flywheel...
No alloy this time, no polish :]...Photostory begin from the moment that I already dismantled all the clutch plates and springs. Earlier work is also documented, but I describe it some other time. Now we'll do it... At the bottom right focus the "screwie":) attaching the basket. As you can see in the picture someone has already looked there a few times: Unscrewed the cap ... Stanley cap with exact fit and. .. 25cm rattle! It didn't seem anything strange in it until I found out what people use to unscrew this nut. One meter long levers or welded extensions:) There is a saying that says if something you can not do - you need to find someone who don't know it:) Well, I did not know:) The problem appeard when I tried to remove the flywheel. I've found puller blueprint in one wise book. I've found replacement on popular auction site, but its price as the three screws and bracket seemed far too high. I decided to put together a simplified version of it available "on hand" materials. Two screws from the head, a piece of flat bar (150mm x 50mm? - probably not more, about 5 mm thick), and something to place between the bar and bolt. Principle of operation shown in the pictures. Suddenly metal bar began to bend, I was afraid that it won't make it - I had to use square bar - but a few subtle "suggestions" with a hammer helped me a lot. The basket was finally removed without any special resistance. Under the flywheel, I found an interesting structure with holes screws and wire, which safeguarded them against uncontrolled uncerewing. The ends of the wire came together in a little finesse pigtail ... To be continued... :P
