Alloy throttle roll

Small element, uncomfortable shape, lots of scratches, burrs ... Demolished.
I've seen on online auctions new, complete in sick prices. My still works:) Throttle works. In these pictures is freshly dismounted and still dirty with grease: Here it is - grease is removed with engine wash liquid. After initial polish. Sand paper grade 280. More than enough. To be continued :) Three or four years later... That ugly screw is used just temporary. Oryginal is missing :/.
